Pricing rules define how prices are calculated based on customers, quantities, dates, and other conditions. This guide covers rule creation and management.

Accessing Pricing Rules
Navigate to Pricing → Pricing Rules to manage pricing rules.

- Go to Pricing → Pricing Rules
- Click New Rule
- Configure:
- Rule name
- Type: Customer
- Select customer
- Set pricing:
- Fixed price or discount
- Products/categories
- Validity period
- Save and activate
