Accessing Dashboard
Navigate to Approvals → Dashboard from the main menu.

Viewing Pending Items
- Go to Approvals → Dashboard
- Default view shows My Queue

Single Approval
- Click item in queue
- Review details:
- Document information
- Requester details
- Supporting documents

- Add comments (optional)
- Click Approve or Reject
Bulk Approval
Process multiple items:
- Select items (checkbox)
- Click Bulk Action
- Choose action (Approve/Reject)
- Add common comment
- Confirm action
- All selected processed
Conditional Approval
Approve with conditions:
- Open item
- Click Approve with Conditions
- Enter conditions
- Requester notified
