Program Setup

  1. Go to HRM → Training → Programs
  2. Click New Program
  3. Enter program details:

Basic Information

  • Program Name - "Leadership Development"
  • Code - LDP-001
  • Category - Leadership/Technical/etc.
  • Description - Program overview
  • Objectives - Learning outcomes

Structure

  • Duration - Total hours/days
  • Modules - Component topics
  • Delivery Method - Classroom/Online/etc.
  • Prerequisites - Required prior training
  • Materials - Course materials

Requirements

  • Minimum Attendees - To run session
  • Maximum Attendees - Capacity limit
  • Assessment - Test required?
  • Pass Score - Minimum passing %
  • Certificate - Issue on completion?

Creating Sessions

  1. Go to HRM → Training → Sessions
  2. Click New Session
  3. Enter details:

Manager Enrollment

  1. Go to HRM → Training → Enrollments
  2. Click Enroll Employees
  3. Select session
  4. Choose employees

Bulk Enrollment

For mandatory training:

  1. Select session
  2. Filter employees (department/role)
  3. Select all matching

How to Issue Certificates

Certificate Setup

  1. Go to Settings → HRM → Training → Certificates
  2. Create certificate template:
    • Certificate title
    • Logo and branding
    • Content fields
    • Signature placeholders
    • Certificate number format

Issuing Certificates

Automatic issuance:

  1. Employee completes training
  2. Passes assessment (if required)
  3. System generates certificate
  4. Certificate stored in profile
  5. Employee notified

Manual issuance:

  1. Go to training session
  2. Select completed participants
  3. Click Issue Certificates
  4. Review and confirm

How to Track Training Requirements

Mandatory Training

Configure required training:

  1. Go to Settings → HRM → Training → Requirements

  2. Create requirement:

    • Training - Required program
    • Applies To - Role/department/all
    • Frequency - Once/Annual/etc.
    • Due Within - Days from hire/last
