Mobile operations enable warehouse workers to execute tasks using handheld devices with barcode scanning capabilities. This guide covers mobile device setup, scanning workflows, and offline operations.

Setting Up Mobile Operations

Device Registration

  1. Go to Settings → Warehouse → Mobile Devices
  2. Click Register Device
  3. Enter device details:
    • Device ID/name
    • Device type
    • Serial number
    • Assigned warehouse
    • Assigned user (optional)
  4. Generate activation code
  5. Enter code on device

Mobile App Installation

For Handheld Devices

  1. Connect device to network
  2. Access app store/MDM
  3. Install Angage Mobile app
  4. Launch and configure:
    • Server URL
    • Activation code
    • User credentials

For Smartphones

  1. Download from App Store/Play Store
  2. Open app
  3. Enter:
