Credit Notes in the customer portal provide access to credits issued against your account, including returns, adjustments, and promotional credits.

Overview

Credit Notes enable you to:

View issued credits
Track credit status
Apply credits to invoices
Download credit documents
Monitor credit history
Request credit application

Accessing Credit Notes

Navigate to Credit Notes from the portal main menu.
