Shipments in the customer portal provides visibility into order deliveries, tracking information, and delivery status.

Overview

Shipments enable you to:

  • Track order shipments
  • View tracking details
  • Monitor delivery status
  • Access shipping documents
  • View delivery history
  • Confirm receipt

Accessing Shipments

Navigate to Shipments from the portal main menu.
