My Orders provides access to your complete order history, order tracking, and order-related documents in the customer portal.

Overview

My Orders enables you to:

• View order history
• Track order status
• Access order documents
• Download invoices
• Request returns
• Reorder items

Accessing My Orders

Navigate to My Orders from the portal main menu.

Reordering

Cancelling Orders

Orders can be cancelled if:

• Status is Draft, Pending, or Approved
• Not yet shipped
• Within cancellation window

1. Open order details
2. Go to Documents section
3. Click document to download
4. Save PDF to computer
