The Customer Portal provides your customers with self-service access to their account, orders, invoices, and support from a dedicated portal at your company's URL.

The Customer Portal enables customers to:

  • View account dashboard
  • Browse and shop products
  • Track orders and shipments
  • Access invoices and receipts
  • Request returns
  • Submit support tickets

Accessing the Portal

Customers access the portal at: https://yourcompany.com/portal

Quick Actions

Common Tasks

Place an Order:

  1. Navigate to Shop
  2. Browse or search products
  3. Add items to cart
  4. Proceed to checkout
  5. Review and submit order

Track a Shipment:

  1. Go to Shipments
  2. Find your shipment
  3. Click tracking number
  4. View real-time status

Pay an Invoice:

  1. Navigate to Invoices
  2. Select unpaid invoice
  3. Click Pay Now
  4. Complete payment

Request a Return:

  1. Go to Returns
  2. Click New Return Request
  3. Select order and items
  4. Submit request

Account Management

Profile Settings

Access account settings from the user menu:

  • Profile - Update contact information
  • Addresses - Manage shipping/billing addresses
  • Password - Change password
  • Notifications - Email preferences
  • Users - Manage sub-accounts (if enabled)
