Accessing Labels

Generate labels from Shipping → Shipments or during shipment processing.

How to Print Labels

Thermal Printer

  1. Configure thermal printer
  2. Select label format (ZPL/EPL)
  3. Click Print
  4. Label prints directly

Regular Printer

  1. Generate PDF label
  2. Load label paper or sheet
  3. Print from PDF viewer
  4. Cut if using sheets

Printer Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Shipping → Printers
  2. Add printer:

How to Process Batch Labels

Batch Generation

  1. Go to Shipping → Batch Processing
  2. Select shipments
  3. Click Generate All Labels
  4. System processes each
  5. View results

  2. Click Print All
  3. Labels sent to printer
  4. Print in sequence

How to Configure Label Settings

Label Format Settings

  1. Go to Settings → Shipping → Labels
  2. Configure defaults:

Void Before Ship

  1. Open shipment
  2. Click Void Label
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Label invalidated
  5. Charges credited
